To make the process easier for NABRA and yourselves, we have provided a downloadable form for veterinarian certification as so when the litter needs to be registered all the required documentation including certified proof is easily available.
You will need to return to us all three pages along with all the required documentation requested on the form in order for NABRA to process a litter application via an AI mating.
Please remember that whether the semen be collected here in Australia or Internationally, you will be required to obtain a signature from the owner of the semen donor on the relevant form to enable us to process any application.
